my challenging challenge

Semester has just begun.. Students are.. ok la this semester (so far). A senior lecturer said once,
"when you are a teacher/lecturer, you are responsible to shape/teach your students at your level best so that they can be at their level best. if you fail to do so, you have failed. itu amanah kita."
being a teacher/lecturer is not an easy job, you have 40 sometimes 50 or even more pairs of eyes looking at you and listening at you, if they listen.. if they don't you have to make them listen to you.. and if they fail, you answer.. you are responsible.. really ?
not quite.. if they fail, it's partly your responsibility.. but mainly it's theirs.. but if you have students who score with flying colors.. how can there be people who fail? so mostly, it's their own actions that led them to their failure..

my challenge is to teach two foreign students.. the challenging part is not teaching them.. the challenge is to make them understand and make them answer the questions according to the time given.. Accuracy and Time.

wish me luck.. i will take this challenge and make the best out of it.. hope both parties can learn something out of the teaching and learning process...
